About The Position

The Registered Nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients, providing direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). This role also involves directing and supervising other assigned team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care. Methodist Celina Medical Center, located on a 40+ acre campus just off of Dallas Parkway, will be the community’s first full-service hospital, serving Celina and surrounding communities. The four-story medical center will open with 51 beds, with plans for expansion, and will feature a range of services including cardiology, women’s services, orthopedics, robotic surgery, and more. The campus will also include a 40,000-square-foot medical office building. The $237 million facility is projected to be one of Celina’s largest employers. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification
  • Current additional certifications as required by department
  • Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
  • Work experience: at least 6 months RN experience
