Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Tele
Requirements
- Indiana or compact RN License
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS
- Two years of strong Tele/Med/Surg experience
- 1 travel assignment completed
- Trauma level II experience
- Recent EPIC experience required
Nice To Haves
- Charge nurse experience preferred
