About The Position

The RN provides holistic, patient-centered care across the lifespan, with a primary focus on adult and geriatric populations. Responsibilities include assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, implementation, and evaluation in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, coordinates care, delegates appropriately, and contributes to practice improvement initiatives. Duties may vary based on unit assignment but require strong clinical judgment, IV insertion skills, and telemetry competence. No call required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• At least 1 year of travel experience required
• Active Minnesota RN license required
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required
• Must be proficient in IV insertion
• Experienced with adult and geriatric patients
• Recent EPIC experience required
• Complete work history
• Updated skills checklist
• Two supervisory references must be included at submission
• All RTO must be disclosed at time of submittal
