How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols. Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders. Coordinate all aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team. Communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking Minimum of two years of recent acute care nursing experience demonstrating clinical competency across diverse, high-acuity patient populations. Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
