About The Position

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department at Evanston Hospital. This full-time position requires working 36 hours per week, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, including rotating weekends. The role involves utilizing the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and guiding unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care. The Registered Nurse will also contribute positively to safety outcomes and promote a high-quality patient experience.

Requirements

• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
