About The Position
Join a state-of-the-art 288-bed hospital serving Leon and Gadsden Counties as a Med-Surg Ortho Registered Nurse . In this role, you will care for patients with a mix of medical and orthopedic surgical needs , collaborating closely with an experienced and compassionate interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care preferred; LTAC experience acceptable).
- Active Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain.
- BLS required upon hire.
- ACLS preferred (required within 6 months).
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather essential clinical data.
- Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes across all care interactions.
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to clinical standards.
