Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Azura Memory Care is a premier leader in memory care across Wisconsin, providing homelike environments and transformational, person-centered programming for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Wisconsin
• Maintains regulatory compliance
• Genuine passion for senior care and staff
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Preference for Long Term Care and Point Click Care experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in care conferences
• Assist with and conduct resident assessments
• Communicate with physicians and families
• Document care in PointClickCare
• Ensure excellence in resident care and complete TB testing
