How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead and inspire a dedicated clinical team by overseeing hiring, mentorship, and professional development to foster a culture of excellence in Women and Family services. Drive operational and fiscal success by managing daily workflows, specialty resources, and unit budgets to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality maternal and neonatal care. Champion patient safety and compliance by developing evidence-based policies and maintaining rigorous monitoring systems that meet all regulatory and accreditation standards. Elevate the care experience by proactively resolving clinical issues and implementing strategies that boost satisfaction scores for patients, physicians, and associates. Shape the future of the unit through strategic oversight of nursing activities, ensuring that staffing and equipment consistently meet the evolving needs of the Labor and Delivery department. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted.
  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
