About The Position

Hospital at Home Nurse Manager Lead with Vision. Empower with Compassion. Deliver Excellence. We’re looking for a Hospital at Home Nurse Manager to join our leadership team and help redefine how care is delivered. Reporting to the Nurse Director, this role blends clinical oversight, operational management, and strategic leadership to ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, and innovative hospital-level care in their homes. What You’ll Do Oversee Clinical Excellence: Ensure nursing care meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compassion. Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Partner with nursing leaders, physicians, and facility managers to drive shared decision-making and innovative solutions. Manage Operations: Lead day-to-day staffing, equipment availability, and compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, etc.). Drive Financial Success: Assist in developing and managing budgets, optimize resources, and achieve departmental financial goals. Foster Growth & Engagement: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while promoting professional development and employee satisfaction. Champion Strategy: Align departmental goals with the Intermountain/Regional Strategic Plan and hold teams accountable for results. Promote Healing Culture: Model professionalism and integrate Healing Commitments and Healing Connections into every aspect of care. Community Impact: Support staff involvement in community health initiatives, volunteer clinics, and outreach programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
  • Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Must complete Intermountain Health’s required leadership training and development courses within one year of accepting this leadership position.
  • 2 years clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Clinical expertise with a passion for patient safety and quality care
  • Experience mentoring and developing nursing staff
  • Commitment to collaboration and community engagement
