Registered Nurse Manager, Home Care
About The Position
Join BAYADA Home Health Care, a nonprofit organization dedicated to compassion, excellence, and reliability. Our Assistive Care services focus on helping clients safely remain in their homes by providing personal care, companionship, and support with activities of daily living (ADLs). As a Clinical Manager, you’ll lead a team of caregivers and field staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong client relationships, and operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting both clients and employees while driving office performance. This office provides best-in-class care throughout Essex County.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in home care, healthcare operations, or case management
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (healthcare or service industry)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home care, assistive care, or personal care services
- Knowledge of private pay home care
- Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers (HHAs, CNAs) and field staff
- Oversee client services including onboarding, care plan development, and ongoing service delivery
- Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
- Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction
- Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and service check-ins
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
