About The Position
The Acute Care Nurse Manager (Unit K3) is the designated first-line supervisory authority and is responsible and accountable for the 24/7 operation of their assigned units and provides coverage for other NMs as needed. The Nurse Manager-Acute Care functions as a clinical expert and is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care.
