About The Position
Lotus Care at Home, South Florida's premier registry, is seeking experienced and energetic Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As a nurse with Lotus Care at Home, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to assigned patients. This includes assessing patients' physical and emotional status, evaluating their home environment, and identifying safety factors and family support available for care. You will also provide essential information regarding patient rights and reimbursement procedures, ensuring that both patients and their families are well-informed. Your role will involve assessing and evaluating patient/client statuses, reviewing and implementing care plans, and making necessary revisions based on ongoing evaluations. You will observe any changes in patient conditions and communicate these effectively with attending physicians and clinical management. Additionally, you will initiate and apply appropriate nursing procedures and techniques as ordered by physicians, administer medications and intravenous solutions, and maintain accurate clinical records and reports as required.
