About The Position

The Registered Nurse Long Term Care Team Lead is accountable for the provision and promotion of quality patient services while acting as a resource and assuring communication of issues and concerns. The RN Long Term Team Lead practices within the scope of the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act, using technical and critical thinking skills and established standards to coordinate care of the residents and manage the facilities nursing staff. Hours: 11pm-6:30am, every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years' of clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated supervisory/management experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
