About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Long-Term Care setting. The RN will be responsible for managing resident care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification
• IV Certification
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting
• 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills in LTC/SNF settings
• Leadership ability to supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standards
• Effective communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail in documentation and medication administration
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility protocols
• Conduct ongoing resident assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical changes appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Lead patient rounds and address resident and family concerns
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations and safety standards
