About The Position
Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. We recognize experience and are prepared to offer some of the highest rates on our pay scale for qualified applicants. Option 1 – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues Option 2 – $3,500 Sign-On Bonus + Additional PTO $3,500 sign-on bonus paid in monthly installments over 18 months Requires satisfactory performance and no attendance issues 5 additional PTO days provided upon hire (available after the first 90 days of successful employment) After 90 days, begin accruing 3 weeks of PTO per year instead of 2 weeks Why Join Concordia at Villa St. Joseph as a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse? Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school
- Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
- A caring heart and a commitment to excellence
- MUST HAVE ACTIVE NURSING LICENSE!!
Responsibilities
