As a Registered Nurse Level IV, you will leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor to fellow team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care on the unit. The Emergency Department (ED) at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital sees over 25,000 patients annually, offering a fast-paced setting where every day brings new opportunities to save lives and provide compassionate, expert care. Our ED team specializes in a wide range of emergency care services, including: Critical Care & Trauma Stroke Management (Stroke-Designated Facility) Cardiac Emergencies General Medical and Surgical Emergencies As a member of our team, you'll work alongside a highly skilled, collaborative group of nurses, physicians, and emergency care professionals who are committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
