  • Must be flexible.

  • One year of medical/surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of leadership, provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
  • Contribute to unit activities and support enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
  • Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
  • Assume an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
