Responsibilities
- Under the direction of leadership, provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
- Contribute to unit activities and support enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
- Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
- Assume an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
