At Living Well Disability Services, we transform the lives of people impacted by disabilities through the delivery of exceptional services. Our vision is a day when all people impacted by disabilities—and our employees—live well. This role plays a critical part in advancing that vision by strengthening the skills and confidence of our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). The Medication Administration Trainer provides consistent, high-quality medication administration training across Living Well programs. This role is responsible for developing and delivering an in-house medication administration curriculum that meets regulatory requirements and addresses the learning needs of a diverse workforce, including employees with varying language needs and learning abilities. Working in close partnership with Human Resources, Nursing, and Program departments, the trainer ensures staff learning and development align with program needs, organizational values, and Living Well’s mission-driven commitment to the people we support. This is a grant-funded position through June 2027, anticipated at approximately 25 hours per week, with a mix of daytime and possibility of evening hours to meet staff training needs.
