About The Position
Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's team in Las Vegas, NV. This position is a direct hire opportunity, and the selected candidate will report directly to the Center Manager. The RN will play a crucial role in executing clinical team workflows with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all nursing activities are conducted to the highest standards of care. The RN will be responsible for patient triage, both over the phone and in-person, as well as providing patient education to enhance the overall patient experience and care quality. In this role, the RN will collaborate closely with Providers and the Center Manager to improve the performance of clinical operations staff. This includes developing and monitoring performance improvement initiatives that align with national and organizational standards. The RN will also be tasked with regularly monitoring compliance with these standards, preparing the center for quality audits, and addressing any clinical deficiencies that may arise. Staying updated on state regulations for nursing, medicine, and pharmacy is essential, as the RN will ensure compliance within the scope of practice for back-office personnel. The RN will also provide education and resources to patients, families, and staff regarding clinical conditions and procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in clinical quality and patient safety through training and education of staff. Adherence to clinical processes, policies, and procedures is paramount, and the RN will maintain a high standard of care throughout their practice.
