We are excited to welcome an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the cutting-edge Nampa Family Birth Center! This state-of-the-art facility offers: 14 LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) suites, including 7 paired with NICU 8 private NICU suites 2 operating rooms (ORs) and 4 triage rooms An average of 110 deliveries per month Our highly trained, dedicated team of nurses, staff, and providers is committed to delivering compassionate and exceptional patient care in a positive, collaborative, and safe environment. What You can expect from this role: Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible new hires 0.75-0.9 FTE night shift available (7:00p-7:30a) with shift differential pay Additional PTO hours for night shift employees Certification pay for national certifications (e.g., C-EFM, RNC-OB) Opportunity to work in a unique LDRP unit to include triage, resource and charge opportunities Professional development opportunities as Charge Nurse with 7.5% incentive pay! Requirements

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
  • Experience: 1+ years of RN experience required; currently seeking L&D or mother/baby experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross)
