About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (LDRP) Department: Maternal & Child Health Services Location: Neptune, NJ Open Positions: 5 Job Category: Clinical 💰 Pay Rates Local Candidates: $65/hour Travelers: $75/hour 🕒 Schedule Details Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holidays: 3 out of 6 required On-Call: Not required Float Requirement: N/A ⚠️ Unit Type: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) Nurses may receive labor, postpartum, antepartum, or nursery assignments based on unit needs. Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Labor & Delivery or related specialty
- ASN required (BSN preferred)
- Active New Jersey RN License or Compact License
- AHA BLS Certification
- NRP Certification

- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and assist providers with clinical care
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
- Accurately document patient care per clinical standards
- Support evidence-based and patient-centered care practices
