We are excited to welcome an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the cutting-edge Nampa Family Birth Center! This state-of-the-art facility offers: 14 LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) suites, including 7 paired with NICU, 8 private NICU suites, 2 operating rooms (ORs) and 4 triage rooms, and an average of 110 deliveries per month. Our highly trained, dedicated team of nurses, staff, and providers is committed to delivering compassionate and exceptional patient care in a positive, collaborative, and safe environment.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN).
• 1+ years of RN experience required, with L&D or mother/baby experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

• National certifications (e.g., C-EFM, RNC-OB).
• Experience in a high-volume delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient-centered care in the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Work collaboratively with a team of nurses, staff, and providers.
• Participate in triage, resource, and charge nurse opportunities.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education.
