How you’ll make an impact in this role Develop and oversee personalized care plans, ensuring each patient’s progress is thoughtfully monitored and shared with the team. Act as the heart of the care team, coordinating across multiple specialties to provide a seamless and holistic patient experience. Expertly carry out physician and nursing orders with precision and a commitment to clinical excellence. Partner with families and colleagues to assess and guide the discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition home for every patient.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program.
  • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
  • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
