Department Invasive Cardiology Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Invasive Cardiology Cath/EP Registered Nurse is a critical care nurse responsible for all aspects of safe patient care delivery for patients undergoing diagnostic, interventional, and electrophysiology procedures in Invasive Cardiology Labs. This position provides direct patient nursing care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values and mission of Denver Health. This position will participate in the overnight and weekend Invasive Cardiology call pool as part of an emergency response team. Adheres to the American Nurses Association (ANA) Nursing Administration Scope and Standards of Practice (2015) to provide leadership with the nursing process.
