Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). RNs with fewer than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four (4) years of their hire date.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) The BSN requirement applies to all employees hired or promoted on or after 4/27/2025; those hired or promoted earlier are held to the requirements in place at that time.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verification required).
  • Previous experience in Interventional Radiology or a related procedural specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs throughout all phases of interventional radiology procedures.
  • Partner closely with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care.
  • Support therapeutic interventions using advanced imaging technology and evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and education before, during, and after procedures.
