How you’ll make an impact in this role Comprehensive Clinical Care: Provide direct nursing care in diverse environments by implementing patient care plans and carrying out physician and nursing orders in accordance with established organizational protocols. Vigilant Patient Monitoring: Assess, record, and communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team, ensuring all care needs are coordinated and addressed in real-time. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Serve as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to ensure well-integrated patient care and seamless communication among the healthcare team. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Requirements
