What you can expect from this role 10 Bed Unit that delivers life saving care for diagnosis including Septic Shock, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure, Multi-Organ Failure, DKA, and AMS Team-based nursing model (1:2 ratio) Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks Specialty Classes including: CRRT, ACLS, EKG, ECCO, Rapid Response Training Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure Part-time (0.6 FTE) night shift; 2 shifts a week Certification pay available Additional PTO for night shift offered
