About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a Float Pool team supporting multiple critical care areas. This role requires strong clinical expertise and adaptability across high-acuity environments, including ICU, ER hold, step-down, and PACU.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU or equivalent acute care experience
• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to float across multiple units

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU and other critical care units
• Float across ICU, ER hold, step-down, and PACU as needed
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Respond to changes in patient condition promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Ensure adherence to patient safety and clinical standards
