About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and patient-centered Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a holistic, wellness-focused environment. This role goes beyond traditional nursing—blending clinical excellence, education, and personalized patient engagement to support long-term health outcomes. As a key member of our care team, you will guide patients through advanced therapies, biomarker testing, and customized wellness plans while delivering an elevated, concierge-level experience.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (clinic, wellness, or acute care preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for preventative, integrative, and longevity-focused care
- Comfort discussing services, educating patients, and guiding decision-making
- Experience with EMR systems
Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient health status, goals, and progress
- Develop and support individualized wellness and care plans
- Administer IV therapies and treatments safely and effectively
- Perform and assist with diagnostic and biomarker testing
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records (EMR)
- Advocate for patient needs, comfort, and overall experience
- Sell additional services such as biomarker testing, including:
- Baseline and repeat testing
- Food sensitivity
- Micro nutrient analysis
- Genetic testing
- Gut health testing
- Educate patients on testing options, results, and next steps
- Support patients through testing protocols and follow-up care
- Create meaningful, trust-based relationships with patients
- Engage in higher-level health conversations during treatments (e.g., IV infusions)
- Help patients understand their health data and wellness opportunities
- Provide guidance on prevention, lifestyle, and long-term optimization
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient outcomes through additional services
- Educate and recommend appropriate testing packages and wellness therapies
- Support practice growth through ethical, patient-centered service recommendations
- Understand and confidently discuss advanced therapies such as:
- NAD+ infusions
- Ozone therapy
- Customized IV protocols
