Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license
Recent acute care experience required (ICU, LTACH, Step-Down, ED, or Trauma)
Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting

Nice To Haves

Experience with ventilators, critical drips, and wound care preferred
Experience with EPIC strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide skilled nursing care including ventilator support, critical drips, and wound care
Perform and monitor ongoing patient evaluations and treatments
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in EPIC
Communicate changes in patient condition and coordinate care with providers and support staff
Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education
Support a safe, efficient, and team-oriented clinical environment
