Job Posting Title: Registered Nurse (Inpatient), PRN Days Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: PRN, as needed Monday - Sunday 12-hour shifts Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate the nursing care provided for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school age, and adolescents Professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients, for a designated time frame, and provides quality care to these patients Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Hold current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or is eligible for reciprocity and holds a temporary permit from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners to practice professional nursing
- 1 or more years of experience as an RN
- Current CPR certification required
- Must obtain PALS certification within 1 year of employment
- Demonstrate advanced and mature critical thinking and assessment skills
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
