About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Surgical Unit to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This 45-bed surgical unit is ideal for nurses who thrive in structured, high-patient-volume settings and are dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) acute care RN experience required.
- Current Florida RN license, or RN Compact license with ability to obtain Florida licensure within 90 days of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the inpatient surgical unit.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and ensure continuity of care.
- Manage a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio , maintaining efficiency and clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
