Requirements

  • Current Massachusetts RN license (required)
  • BLS required
  • Demonstrated competence in: Psychotropic medication administration & monitoring
  • Demonstrated competence in: Substance‑use withdrawal management
  • Demonstrated competence in: De‑escalation and restraint management

  • BSN preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor psychotropic medications
  • Assess and manage drug and alcohol withdrawal
  • Utilize de‑escalation techniques and restraint management when clinically necessary
  • Partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, therapeutic care
  • Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and treatment planning
