We are searching for a Registered Nurse for our mixed PICU/CICU - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. 16-18 beds, mixed PICU and Cardiac ICU. Typical patient population varies in age from neonates to teenagers. Surgical cases include general surgery, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, and CATH lab patients with capability for managing chest tubes, EVDs, ECMO, CRRT, mechanical ventilation, and central lines. Medical cases include DKA, respiratory illnesses, etc. This position is in a Level 2 trauma center.
