Registered Nurse Inpatient Oncology Unit

The Medicine Units at Baystate Health are highly specialized and will be the foundation of a successful nursing career. Our Oncology unit offers elbow-to-elbow support and comes fully equipped to help you do what YOU do best, provide for our patients! DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: The Oncology is a full-service 23 bed unit providing a wide array of inpatient therapies and comfort measures. The unit provides chemotherapy treatment, end of life care, and houses general medical/surgical patients and specialty oncology patients. This unit features a solid team with longevity on staff. SCHEDULE: Full Time Nights 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM Every other weekend and rotating holidays Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield
Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
