About The Position

Our patients are our number one priority! We're committed to giving children back their childhood! The Registered Nurse, Inpatient position is a full-time role with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, working Monday through Sunday. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, adolescents, and children with developmental disabilities, addressing both medical and surgical, orthopedic, and neurological conditions.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Hold current Texas RN license or is eligible for reciprocity and holds a temporary permit from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners to practice professional nursing.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to quickly assess and problem solve complex situations.
• Prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care for patients.
• Case manages patient population.
• Assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
• Provides quality care to patients.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, safe environment.
