Requirements

• Current state RN license.
• ASN degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience preferred.
• Charge experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
• SPICE Certification required for Infection Control.
• Education and training as a Director of Staff Development (DSD) required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention and serve as a patient-care innovator.
• Shape exceptional patient journeys and leverage skills and cutting-edge technology to impact patient well-being directly.
