Radiation Oncology Nurses have the unique privilege of spending meaningful one-on-one time with patients, allowing for the development of strong, trusting relationships with both patients and their families. Our nurses provide compassionate care, education, and emotional support throughout the entire cancer journey—from diagnosis and treatment through recovery and survivorship. In this role, nurses work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes radiation therapists, physicians, social workers, patient access representatives, and dietitian to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our radiation oncology clinic located in Murrells Inlet manages and treats patients with complex cancer diagnoses across all stages of disease. While we treat a wide range of malignancies, the most common diagnoses include: Breast Prostate Lung and thoracic Head and neck Neurologic Gynecologic Gastrointestinal (GI)
