About The Position

The registered nurse assists the surgeon during a surgical procedure carrying out functions that will assist the surgeon in performing a safe operation. Assists multi-disciplinary team (including physicians/allied health staff) in coordination and provision of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with Colorado State Board of Nursing licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in the OR Required
• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation - use, care, and cleaning
• Ability to manage instruments in the variety of cases.
