About The Position
Position Overview: Provides specialized nursing care to obstetrical patients before, during, and after labor and delivery.
Requirements
- Current CA Registered Nurse License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire
- Evidence of Intermediate or Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) class taken within the last 2 years or to be taken within 6 months hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification within 3 months of hire
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute hospital experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- RNC-OB- Registered Nurse, Certified in Inpatient Obstetrics
