About The Position

The position involves providing direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families, utilizing nursing processes for comprehensive assessment, care plan development, patient education, and ongoing evaluation. The nurse will float between various specialties including OBGYN, MFM, UROGYN, and GYN-ONC.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN-Registered Nurse of California certification.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
• Two years of relevant experience in nursing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing theories, concepts, and practices.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry safety policies and patient care best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies and procedures.
