About The Position

The Registered Nurse II in Urgent Care at Sutter Health is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families. This role involves comprehensive patient assessment, development and implementation of nursing care plans, patient education, and ongoing evaluation, all within the scope of the California Nurse Practice Act and PAMF policies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN-Registered Nurse of California upon hire.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider upon hire.
• ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support Healthcare Provider upon hire.
• PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support Healthcare Provider upon hire.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
