Responsibilities
- Float Across Departments: Your versatility is key! You will float between infusion centers, exam areas, breast center, and radiation departments, providing crucial nursing support wherever it's needed most.
- Patient-Centric Care: You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized patient care plans, ensuring a broad approach tailored to the outstanding needs of oncology patients.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive cancer care. Your input and expertise will give to improving patient outcomes and experiences.
- Education & Support: Educate patients and their families about treatment options, potential side effects, and self-care strategies, empowering them on their journey to recovery.
