About The Position
Join our fast-paced, high-energy cardiovascular clinic where you’ll be part of an exciting team caring for patients across vascular surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, ACHD, general cardiology, heart failure, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and more. This dynamic environment offers incredible variety, teamwork, and the chance to be involved in cutting-edge cardiac care every day. The RN II partners closely with the Clinic Lead RN to help keep clinic operations running smoothly. This role includes assisting with patient triage, administering medications, cross-covering provider in-baskets, supporting patient flow, and stepping in as charge nurse when needed. It’s a great fit for a nurse who enjoys a busy clinic, loves collaboration, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and a minimum of two years of work experience as a registered nurse required.
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in specialty area within one year of eligibility strongly encouraged.
