About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care to patients in an intensive care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and the ability to manage complex patient conditions.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state or compact)
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- BLS (AHA) – required
- ACLS (AHA) – required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
