How you’ll make an impact in this role Champion Patient Well-being: Deliver personalized, direct nursing care that adheres to the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence, ensuring every patient feels supported and respected. Drive Care Excellence: Take the lead in implementing, continuously monitoring, and adjusting comprehensive patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes. Coordinate Holistic Care: Act as the central point of contact and primary coordinator for an interdisciplinary team, seamlessly integrating efforts to provide truly well-coordinated and continuous patient care. Ensure Seamless Transitions: Proactively assess patient discharge planning needs and partner with the healthcare team to coordinate smooth, safe, and effective transitions of care. Communicate and Document: Maintain meticulous records and communicate changes in patient condition clearly, promptly, and accurately to all relevant team members and providers. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

Requirements

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
