About The Position
Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Athens, TX. UT Health Athens is a 127-bed facility, including a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke-ready facility; advanced diagnostic technology; 10-bed ICU; maternity unit, radiation therapy center; and a stand-alone ED in Gun Barrel City.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Must maintain current Texas RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
Responsibilities
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who uses the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
