About The Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support critical patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs and symptoms - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care - Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols Skills and Qualifications: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred - Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications We offer a supportive work environment, competitive salary, and opportunities for professional development. Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
