About The Position
Join our 28-bed Neurosciences Unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus, proudly recognized by The Joint Commission as an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center and a Pathway to Excellence® designated hospital. Our team provides exceptional care to patients with stroke, seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and other complex neurological conditions. The unit features six Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) rooms for continuous EEG monitoring and three Intermediate Care beds for patients requiring advanced observation and specialized nursing expertise . Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

- Delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
