About The Position
The Registered Nurse I assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating patient functional status. This position is ECB status, requiring a minimum number of worked hours per month as needed by the department, with limited benefit offerings. The staff floats to ICU unit (as skills allow) and to Medical Surgical units as needed, working 36 hours per schedule, including 24 hours on weekends and a 12-hour shift on each of two designated holidays.
